I am seeking to begin the individualization of my trademarked imPort Containment Centers. Will update you on specifics as they come.

An easy enough request, and one I have no problems committing to, my friend. I'm all ears. Or eyes, I suppose.

I just need to procure the money, but I have the plans. Something to test on the metahumans, perhaps.

They are suitable test runs, aren't they?

You need only ask if it is funds you need, Doctor. I can easily secure those for you. But as for the metahumans, they would be ideal. They are, however, well protected so getting around the government on that one would be a tricky matter.

Although, I do know of one who may be perfect. One I had found in my travels who no one would be able to question whether it is psychiatric care he needs. And one who is so blatantly anti-government, I doubt even the government would care what happens to him.

What are his abilities? He must have caught your eye for remarkable reason.

It's not so much about his abilities, but more of what he knows. He seemed to have some knowledge about the Alterrams and the government's use for them. But he's also a bit mad. One of those crazy conspiracy theorists. I'd like to uncover what is truth and what is his imagination, if I can.

Paranoid delusion is often indicative of schizophrenia -- or at least schizotypal behavior. Within my wheelhouse.

Known crimes?

Failure to take care of his own personal hygiene. But otherwise unknown. Whatever happened had driven him to live within the sewers.

Interested only in what he knows. The rest, well, you surely have many things you're curious about. The resilience of these metahumans, perhaps. Are they as hardy as us imPorts, I wonder?

Not quite. If we are demi-gods, then these metahumans are akin to the Minotaur or satyr monsters of Grecian lore.

Well, our superiority is undeniable. But I do wonder if they can withstand the same sort of mental probing as our imPort counterparts -- if they are equally strong of will, and that was the reason they were able to obtain these new abilities. Or if it was something else entirely.

There are exceptions on both sides, of course. You would especially know who among the imPort community houses the weakest minds.

All the more reason to pursue the containment centers, honestly. But I understand how there might be legal complications.

Legalities can be worked around.

Well, let's just say I have friends in high places. You need only worry about the result, Doctor. I am certain I can persuade my friends to come around to our way of thinking.

I wouldn't mind the reassurance of legal immunity. Given the insurance we would have to take out for incoming in-patients.

Their safety is a priority.

Not only him, although his presence here has served to be an annoyance. He and Lucy have united -- an alliance that is soon to be a romantic one, I imagine. The results of this have already reared their ugly head when Lucy showed up at my office, interjecting herself into an ongoing conversation I had been having with Jon Snow privately. She truly has no clue on how to conduct politics.

Snow and Lucy? Is that so? Does he normally keep his finger in nobility?

He took a vow of chastity by becoming part of the Night's Watch. It's a group devoted to serving the realm itself rather than any specific king. But I suppose death may have freed him from those bonds. Being as young as he is, no doubt he's starved for female affection. That she is nobility only furthers her appeal.
