When it comes to getting what she wants, she has no qualms about taking down all those who stand in her way. Even if I am very reasonably opposing the fact that she should not bring Westerosi drama to this world and harm a new arrival from my world.

I am certain it will. She is a Targaryen and will get what she wants -- whether she must use force to do so. That and I promised this new arrival protection in exchange for his sword. I can trust him far more than I can trust Jorah Mormont -- for there is no object of lust to sway Ser Jaime Lannister's sword in the same way there is for Ser Jorah.

Oooh. [Chilton had taken a disliking to Jorah. The sudden reshuffling of pawns and knights perked his interest.] Perhaps you ought to catch Jorah. Devise a scheme to test his loyalties, something you can use to corner the man.

I needn't any scheme to test his loyalties. I know exactly where they lie. And I would rather not make an enemy of him. He is quite good at his job. Having his sword turned against me would be rather...unfortunate. But it would be useful to think of a way to separate him from Daenerys -- to shake up his loyalty there. The problem is that Ser Jorah is rather pathetic in his love and devotion to her, and there is little I could do to sway him off the path. Perhaps to find Daenerys a love interest of her own...

[ Preying on jealousy is always fun. ]

Do you believe Sam Merlotte to be her type? [ He seems charming and easy. Probably wouldn't be hard to convince the two of them to date. And they already seem to have a little bit of a rapport with one another from the network conversations he had seen. ]

Unfortunate as it is, Merlotte is everyone's type. [The words came dryly, resentfully. Unfortunately.] There is little doubt that should would find him attractive. Whether or not her affinity would extend beyond the sexual, I cannot say right now.

Something to consider, I suppose. I have not seen him in some time, so for all we know, he may have ported out entirely.
