I needn't any scheme to test his loyalties. I know exactly where they lie. And I would rather not make an enemy of him. He is quite good at his job. Having his sword turned against me would be rather...unfortunate. But it would be useful to think of a way to separate him from Daenerys -- to shake up his loyalty there. The problem is that Ser Jorah is rather pathetic in his love and devotion to her, and there is little I could do to sway him off the path. Perhaps to find Daenerys a love interest of her own...

Unfortunate as it is, Merlotte is everyone's type. [The words came dryly, resentfully. Unfortunately.] There is little doubt that should would find him attractive. Whether or not her affinity would extend beyond the sexual, I cannot say right now.
