Matters of money have occurred to her. There's a reason to ask Baelish for his help beyond his practical advice. ]

It's necessary to make this as easy as possible. Her job alone will not cover the costs of two children as well as a business degree. And she would likely find herself having to give up her dream of bettering herself simply so that she could provide for her family.

[ There's only a brief pause before he offers. ]

It would be a simple matter for me to provide the funds for her to both finish her degree as well as to supplement her income should that be something you wish. The donations could come monthly in your name, and you should be the one to deliver them in person that way you would be able to see how she and her family are faring.

[ Thoughtful, rather than cynical. Daenerys isn't a stranger to the object of money, and being without it, even if she hasn't quite experienced what would now constitute as the standard day-to-day challenges so much as she hasn't, in the past, been able to fund a military campaign.

Being in some form of debt to Baelish isn't her favourite, but it is what it is. All things can be turned into advantage, and beyond that, her first pressing matter is the family made fewer. ]

I plan to create a large and expansive library within Maurtia Falls. I believe in a city full of crime, educational failings, and people who have failed to earn even their most basic of diplomas -- this lack of knowledge is detrimental and even crippling to the lives and careers many could have. I would ask only for your support in this -- whether it be to spread the word, help bring in donations, or even to volunteer your time reading to children once the project has been completed.

[ There's nothing much to say about this first part. He's right.

There's plenty to say about the next, but Daenerys has to absorb this information first. Fortunately, it takes Baelish a little time to explain it and make his suggestions. It's equal parts the words and manner of a politician as it is good news of a good deed.
