Looking to move to Maurtia Falls? I do recommend the city, of course. And I hear it does have the most interesting of all ambassadors.

However private you would like, my lady. I could find you a fancy apartment just as easily, but I believe someone like you is better suited to having something to call your own. Of course, I do have plans to build a very large estate over the upcoming year. I've just acquired the land and have drafted out the plans. If you would prefer a place with room enough for your own space, but still something shared -- it would be entirely too large for me alone.
