My home was in the Vale. There are a few rocky islands that stretch toward the waters called The Fingers. My family owned land in the smallest of those Fingers, a few stony acres on the coast. I was mocked during my childhood for it. They called me Littlefinger. A name that was cruel enough to stick. But a name I have embraced as a reminder of where I began and how far I've come.

Children can be so vicious. [Said Chilton, as he looked at his own little finger. The pinky.] In my world, there comes a colloquial with that. Swearing by your little finger.

You shall get your hospital, Doctor Chilton. It was my very platform, after all. To see imPort businesses thrive in my city. I will be sitting down with the government officials soon to discuss what can be done to encourage these imPorts to create jobs in Maurtia Falls -- be it tax incentives, healthcare programs, or whatever it is they can offer. I will bring this idea up to them then. Of course, it will require that meeting and tour of your current facility first.

But it is the least I can do for you as my dear friend -- to help your dreams come to reality.
