He has a specialized diet which makes him rely on the government to obtain food legally. The authorities have only been willing to provide this food as long as he is Registered.
Kaneki has had an awakening of conscience. He no longer wishes to be Registered with the government. Yet he still needs food. I am hoping that you can help him with this dilemma.
